QTextEdit mouse wheel doesn't work

      Mouse wheel doesn't work when holding CTRL to zoom or ALT to scroll horizontally. When documentation states that functionality exists.

      All you have to do to reproduce is to run "Text Edit" example that comes with Qt SDK 5.0.2, and try to zoom in text.
