Fix input context for Windows Runtime port

      Input contexts do not work as the user would expect them to in the WinRT port for now. If an editable object has focus and a touch event occurs the onscreen keyboard comes up even when the touch does not hit the object.

      Fixes for that bug might involve the use of ImPlatformData and/or CoreWindow.TouchHitTesting (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/windows.ui.core.corewindow.touchhittesting.aspx)
