Assistant: raise window remotely

When using Assistant remotely it would be useful to have a command that would raise the Assistant window.

This would be useful when the user has been in the help browser before but has minimized the assistant window or the window is not in the foreground anymore.

This should also happen for commands such as setSource, where the user has no feedback that anything happened upon that request if the window was minimized.

Rejected:
As already stated in our documentation: Forcing an application window to be raised is nothing which should be done on Windows.
