Windows: README is missing suffix .txt in 5.1 Open Source Package

      qt-windows-opensource-5.1.0-msvc2012_64_opengl-x64-offline-2013-04-30-9.exe: Thus, after finishing installation, the README cannot be launched; the Windows dialog prompting for the launcher application shows instead.

      Regression from 5.0.2 package.
