Suggestion: Fix some moc bugs/flaws (patch enclosed)

      Enable moc to recognize files included more than once in a file.
      Enable moc to expand macros. In Situations like the above mentioned, it would be much better to use a #define, furthermore there are already some bugreports/enhancement requests in the bug tracker.
