QLocale to display list of country names in localized versions

      QLocale doesn't provide any support to:

      1- Get a list of available country codes (similar to icu::Locale::getISOCountries: http://www.icu-project.org/apiref/icu4c/classicu_1_1Locale.html#a0d7ad0dea54a784cefd1ff35be55c648)

      2- Get a country name in localized versions (similar to icu::Locale::getDisplayCountry (http://www.icu-project.org/apiref/icu4c/classicu_1_1Locale.html#af1becdeed3a4b7bdc803442b388317d7 )

      This is very important for platforms and products based on/using Qt which now need to use ICU to have such support.
