BlackBerry 10: remove delay between HTTP reply and TCP FIN for HTTP requests (not for HTTPS requests)

      When issuing an HTTPS request, the TCP FIN is sent 17 ms after receiving the HTTP reply; when issuing a normal HTTP request, the TCP FIN is sent 101 ms after receiving the HTTP reply.
