    Description

      QFileSystemWatcher does not allow to watch folders with special characters:

      QFileSystemWatcher w;
      dPath ("D:/Projekte/UAS/ğüişöçĞÜİLIÖÇ2");

      Warning message:
      "QFileSystemWatcher: failed to add paths: D:/Projekte/UAS/g?is??G?ILI??2".
