Some Mac Platforms Are Missing Info.plist.app and Info.plist.lib

      The mkspec platforms macx-clang-libc+, macx-clang-libc+-32, and macx-icc are missing the files Info.plist.app and Info.plist.lib.

      Mac platform targets in mkspecs should include Info.plist.app and Info.plist.lib. These are used if the user does not use QMAKE_INFO_PLIST to provide a custom .plist file. If these files are missing (and the user does not use QMAKE_INFO_PLIST and supply the file) and the .pro file includes an ICON, the resulting Makefile will be incorrect.
