QPrinter: Queue-ID should be used when looking for a printer on Mac OS X.

    Description

      When setting up printing automatically on Mac OS X, the printer name returned from the printer is correct, but that same name cannot always be used to set up a printer. Instead of this name, the queue-ID should be used to setup a PMPrinterRef.
