Imposible to disable right mouse button "hold effect". Sometimes, when you just want to open a context menu, unwanted things happen

Imposible to disablie right mouse button "hold effect" (press RMB & don't release it, then move the cursor).

While clicking right button, unintended unexpected selecting of menu item may happen unpredictedly!!!
Sometimes unwanted selection of context menu item happens during the click, if your cursor was accidently moved for a pixel before you was in time to release it.

It would be better to make selection rectangle with right button, like in Wndows®, or at least to have an ability to disable that "RMB HOLD_effect"
