Can't drag ListView contents inside ScrollView using a mouse

    Description

      I am using QtQuick Controls Scrollview to embed a ListView like in the doc example,

      ScrollView {
      ListView

      { ... }

      }

      In 5.1 Beta1, I was able to scroll using the mouse to drag the list up and down as with a normal ListView (like using a finger to scroll on a touch device, not able to test touch interactions myself).

      In RC1, this does not work anymore. Nothing happens when trying to drag in the list.
