I noticed this first in Assistant: on the touchscreen I can drag the scrollbar in a list view (like the index or table of contents on the left) but not in the actual help view on the right. Also can't drag the scrollbar on the webkit browser example. If I try to click a link, I see feedback while it is pressed, which goes away when it's released, but it doesn't follow the link. Can't check checkboxes or focus a text field by touching.
