QtSystemInfo documentation must be modularized and reviewed

    Description

      When running make html_docs in src/systeminfo the documentatio for P&S and SFW is build as well. It should only build the systeminfo docs and put them under

      qtbase/doc/qtsysteminfo

      The same folder contains the SFW and P&S docs as well. qtconnectivity could be used as reference.
