ScrollView breaks keyboard navigation in ListView

      Pressing the up/down arrows on a focused ListView selects the previous/next item. However, if the ListView is contained in a ScrollView, this doesn't work anymore.
      Please see the attached test case. If the ScrollView element is removed, the program works as expected.
