Designer Suggestion

The 'Select Resource' dialog should be modeless so you can keep it open
while assigning resources. OK should assign the selected resource to
the current widget property being edited. Cancel can be used to exit
the 'Select resource' dialog when finished. The Palette editor should be modeless too.
