Currently we only support the old-style menu button, in order to be compatible with API level 10. There should be an option to disable the menu button, and instead use the action bar. This could also support QToolbar.

Update: The button is no longer shown by default. To show it, set the target SDK version to 10. We still do not have code that maps QToolBar/QMenuBar to the Android action bar.
