Embedded QScrollBar widget in QGraphicsView misplaces context menu

    Description

      Whenever QScrollBar is placed in a QGraphicsView as an embedded widget and has a context menu enabled, the context menu does not show up on top of the scrollbar, but rather at a static location on the screen.
