Text edit contents cut off in Qt Quick Control example

Copy some text into the TextArea in the Layouts tab example. Apart from the font being bold(-ish), the only about 17188 characters are displayed, the rest is white but can be made to appear line-by-line when selecting something.

[Edit: This seems to affect logical lines. As soon as a newline is inserted, display comes back for the lines after the newline]
