QML WebView 3.0 doesn't use the provided QQmlNetworkAccessManagerFactory

      Basically seeing the same behaviour as reported on the forums here: http://qt-project.org/forums/viewthread/28323

      Attaching a custom QQmlNetworkAccessManagerFactory using QQuickView.engine()->setNetworkAccessManagerFactory should result in the WebView component embedded in the QML to use the QQmlNetworkAccessManagerFactory::create() method to create the QNetworkAccessManager.

      See attached project for an example where the QQmlNetworkAccessManagerFactory isn't used by the WebView.
