QWidget::normalGeometry bug

    Description

      QWidget::normalGeometry returns same value as QWidget::geometry when top-level widget in maximized state. Such behavior mismatches QWidget::normalGeometry documentation and causes bugs within saveGeometry/restoreGeometry functions.
