Left-Handedness and Right-Handednes is not respected for tablets.

      A tablet has system settings that specifies whether the user is left handed or right handed, and menues should be flushed accordingly so that one does not cover the menu with the hand that is used. Currently all menus are flushed left regardless of this setting.
