ListView snapping can put the first/last outside of the list

      See the attached code, you'll see the initial element is outside of the viewport. Incidentally if you pull down, the overshooting will bring it back to the correct place (i.e. it will be fully visible), but just clicking on the list will it make it scroll so that the first item is again partially hidden.
