Menu button events are not propagated to QML

      When the Menu button is pressed, there is no event propagated to QML. OnPressed, onRelease or onMenuPressed are all silent. Even the QtQuick2ApplicationViewer/QQuickView doesn't get the event in keyPressEvent/keyReleaseEvent.
