QDateTimeEdit does not handle the time zone that it has for the timespec when the user changes the datetime, if they try to specify what is an invalid datetime for the time zone it should be fixing itself to the right time (i.e. when specifying 02:01 in CET when its supposed to go forward at 02:00)
