P1: Critical check out Qt on Mac OS X, build it with --prefix=/foo/bar (note - not a developer build!) and do a "make install".
check e.g. Assistant.app (as it links with WebKit):

As you can see, all Qt libs have the correct path except QtWebKit and QtWebKitWidets.
