Linux applications get focus after a WheelEvent

    Description

      When you use the mousewheel over a Qt 5 application it gets focus.
      With Qt 4 you can scroll in a Qt application without it getting focus.

      Other non-Qt Linux applications also stay in the background when you use the mousewheel on them.
