Compose PlatformInputContext prevents loading of other PlatformInputContext plugins

    Description

      The ComposePlatformInputContext plugin prevents both IBUS and Maliit PlatformInputContext plugins from being loaded. The only solution I found was to remove/move the compose plugin. The issue can be verified by using lsof to see the actual loaded plugins. With compose, no other plugins are loaded. Without compose, both Maliit and ibus are loaded. I could not find what was causing the issue.

      Can reproduce with maliit.
