When a user wants to make a panel wider, he must drag the divider such that the content pane, or other panels, become smaller. He then must drag the window border to make the window larger in compensation.

I propose that left-click dragging be left as it is, but right click dragging (currently not possible) have the effect of making the panel larger and expanding the window size, such that the content pane and other panels can retain their size.
