Browser demo crashes on startup

      Configured with "-developer-build -opensource -confirm-license -opengl desktop -nomake tests"

    Description

      I start an out-of-source debug build of the browser demo and it crashes where building the GUI.

      I attached the full log of cdb, including a stack trace.
