The ? button on Windows caption bar does not trigger the "What this mode"

      More speciafically, QWhatsThis::enterWhatsThisMode is not called.
      This can be verified eg. with Linguist.
      It works in Qt 4.8.5, but not in 5.1.0
      Looking at the Qt code, I can see Qr 4.8.5 handles the Windows event SC_CONTEXTHELP, but not 5.1.0
