OSX: When the current directory consists of Japanese characters then the icons will not display in the file dialog

    Description

      When the current directory consists of Japanese characters then the icons will not display in the file dialog. If you copy the standarddialogs binary and place it into a directory named "表通" or any set of 2 byte characters and then run it and try any of the file dialogs then it will not have anything for the icons.
