kmap2qmap generates qmap files with wrong (lowercase) Qt::Key codes

I converted a number of kmap files (taken from the console-setup Debian package) to qmap format using kmap2qmap.
However when using the resulting .qmap file, shortcuts in my application no longer work unless CapsLock is enabled.

It seems the qmap file kmap2qmap generates has the lowercase ASCII codes of the keys in the qtcode field, while it should have the uppercase equivalent there.
