Provide Qt binaries compiled with -fkeep-inline-functions

I'd like to suggest adding (or replacing) the uploaded Qt binaries with such compiled with -fkeep-inline-functions. This way the binaries are much more appropriate for bindings and I do not think the difference in size is that large so please consider my request.
