QDesktopWidget::primaryScreen() is always 0 and QGuiApplication::screens() always returns the primary one as first

      Regardless of how the displays are laid out, QDesktopWidget::primaryScreen() is always 0 and the list from QGuiApplication::screens() is delibrately (and documented to do so) ordered so that it is first in the list too.

      This can be problematic if people need it to be in the order that the platform would consider the screens.
