Pop-up menu can't be closed by clicking the menu tab again.

    Description

      If you click a menu tab, there shall be a pop-up menu poping up. If you click the menu tab again, the pop-up menu shall close.

      However, in Qt, if you click the menu tab again, the pop-up menu shall continue to pop up...it can't be closed by clicking the menu tab again...
