Qt build failure with jpeg-9

      Qt 4.8.5 fails to build with version 9 of the jpeg library because the definition of the "boolean" type has changed. Patch attached (which should be compatible with earlier versions of the jpeg library as well).

      Note that I'm not familiar with Qt components; please fix the Components field if appropriate.
