Replace 'Maintenance Tool' with 'Package Manager', 'Update' start menu entries

    Description

      The online installer creates two start menu entries:

      'Qt Maintenance Tool' and 'Uninstall Qt'.

      one starts the SDMaintenanceTool without options, the other with '--uninstall'. However, since uninstall is actually the default action (see linked bug) both actually do the same.

      Instead, the installer should create three actions:

      'Manage Qt', 'Update Qt', 'Uninstall Qt'.
