QWindowContainer's QWindow geometry offset by "minus" window frame

      On Windows, when setting the parent of a QWindowContainer widget, the internal QWindow position gets "negatively" shifted by the frame thickness, whereas we would expect the position to remain the same. This makes the auto-test provided in https://codereview.qt-project.org/63413 to fail (it also blocks, at least partially, QTBUG-32826).
