The Qt TDS SQL driver doesn't report database disconnects in lastError()

    Description

      The Qt TDS SQL driver doesn't report database disconnects in lastError(), instead just passing the following to qWarning():

      QTDSDriver error (20004): [Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect] [There is no OS level error]
