on windows, resizing a frameless window on left and top sides of window causes jitter

      On windows 7, in qt 5 and qt 4, frameless windows are exhibiting strange behavior when resizing. On my application, trackbox https://github.com/trackboxfoundation/trackbox , qt 4 app framelesswindowhelper, and one other app I can't find at the moment, when you try to resize on the top or left sides, there is a slight jitter when resizing the window outwards. This jitter is not visible when I built the apps on Ubuntu 13.

      My apologies if this is a known unfixable issue, which I suspect it might be, due to the prevalence in multiple versions of qt and different methods of resizing still cause this issue.
