QGraphicsView view rectangle is wrong with bottom/right alignement

      gcc version 4.7.3 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.7.3-1ubuntu1)

      When setting the alignment of the view to bottom/right, I expect the bottom/right point of the scene to be always visible, which is not the case actually.
      The view is different depending if you need scrollbars or not.

      You can see the result with scrollbars and no-scrollbars (ie does not need - scrollbars are always on) in the file attached.
      You'll find my small test case attached too.
