Keyboard shortcut doesn't work properly when setxkbmap de,us

When changing the keyboard map to de,us using "setxkbmp de, us" in KDE4, the "/" key triggers "", and other keys like "", "+" and "*" triggers some weird chars. With
the "/" key on US layout, I can get the "-" button pressed, but the rest three doesn't work. This bug is reproduced in Suse 11 with KDE 4.1, and it seems to be KDE 4 specific.
