ApplicationWindow doest have a contentWidth and contentHeight

It would be nice to be able to specify the area you need instead of the area of the window. Especially since you can't access the size of the menu bar if it's not native. You can for it by giving the MenuBar a new property: `property real height: __contentItem.height`and using this in the Window hight, but then the menu takes 1-2seconds to load.
