Look into using DEPLOYMENT variable in androiddeployqt

There is a DEPLOYMENT variable in qmake, previously used for Symbian deployment. We could use this as a cross-platform way of defining which Qt plugins/etc. needs to be deployed along with the app, in place of the Android-specific deployment-dependencies variable (which would become deprecated in this case.)
