The positioning of items in ListView should not be affected by changes in items in the cache buffer, but it's possible shift items forward one be removing the first item in cache buffer.

While often nothing more than a small graphical glitch this can be problematic when using a ListView for pages as the current page can be moved off screen and get out of sync with the currentIndex.
