Unicode BiDi itemization code needs to be updated / re-worked

    Description

      The Unicode BiDi itemization code is quite outdated and isn't really compatible with out script itemization code, thus leading to incorrect shaping in some cases for i.e. Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, and some others.
