ActiveQt: Add parameter to bool QAxFactory::registerActiveObject ( QObject * object )

The Windows method "RegisterActiveObject" has a flag ROTFLAGS_ALLOWANYCLIENT that permits applications that are running under a limited user account (LUA) to activate COM classes with elevated privileges. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms679687.aspx

Suggestion: Add this parameter to ActiveQt in order to activate this flag.
