Not always window title changed (using QWidget::setWindowTitle)

      In my application I use QWidget::setWindowTitle() to show percents of completion of some operations.
      Title updated frequently from code but it actually changed very rarely.

      In qt 4.8 all works fine (title changed very often without delays)
