Command line output from declarative/places_map Qt example

Download the Qt5.2.0 Beta1 offline installer (Linux installer used while testing). Compile declarative/places_map example and launch it from the command line.

Note! Similar issue detected for Qt examples examples/declarative/places/qml_location_places, declarative/places_list/places_list and declarative/mapviewer/qml_location_mapviewer.
